Gros Ventre Systems, Inc. was a startup software developer needing to introduce both itself and a revolutionary product to lawyers and judges nationwide, establish adequate market share to discourage potential competitors and gain quick cash flow on a limited budget.

We created a highly targeted marketing communications program relying on the unique aspects of the software product to enable publicity, a limit trade show schedule, speeches and workshops, and editorial briefings. Since cost was an issue, a single, small corporate advertisement was designed and placed in several critical, but inexpensive, trade publications and convention programs.

Within one year, the marketing communications program resulted in qualified leads from 29 states and five foreign nations. The company’s legaLFile software also was named Most Innovative New Product by a prominent weekly business journal, based on a nomination we planned and coordinated.
